How long does it take to respond to a request?

Is the first consultation free?
Yes, completely free and with no commitment. In 30 minutes we evaluate your project, tell you whether and how we can help, and if we're a good fit we work on a proposal. No cost until you approve the proposal.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before contacting you?
No. Many clients come with a vague idea of what they need. Part of our initial consultation is helping you define exactly what makes sense for your business and in what order.
Do you only work with businesses in Ibiza?
We are based in Ibiza and know the local market in depth, which is a real advantage for island businesses. We also work with clients outside Ibiza for digital services such as web design, SEO, branding and paid media.
Do you have fixed prices or is everything quoted?
Everything is quoted because every project is different. We do not list prices on the website because a luxury villa and a local restaurant do not require the same level of production.
